Part of the role of the trustee is to both promote and communicate with members on a variety of scheme events effectively and consistently.
ITS has developed an online support service, www.schemeassist.co.uk, designed to improve communications with pension scheme members. The tool can be customised and tailored for each pension scheme and the key features include important pension scheme documents, frequently asked questions, key contacts, information links and communications to members to inform them of the latest pension scheme and legislative developments.
